Calendar of Events
The Laker FFA never stops. There are events through out the year for members to participate in. Beginning in the 8th grade, members are always working on Leadership, AG skills, or Chapter events.
Highlights
- National Convention
Trip to Indianapolis for the National FFA Convention.
FFA members compete in national competition as well as attending convention events and the career show. - Toy Tractor Show
The first Saturday in January the Laker School fills up with people from all over the Midwest for the Toy Tractor Show. There are vendors selling toys as well as various displays.

- Crop Drive
This is a fund raising activity for the various food Banks. - Fall Fruit Sell
This fund raiser supports most of the Chapter Activities - Fall Awards Banquet
Awards are given out to students and good cheese cake is served. The banquet will be Janurary, 11 2010 at the school. - State Convention
The Michigan State FFA Convention is in March at MSU. - Spring Awards Banquet
This Banquet is combined with the Alumni Silent auction and Labor auction
